Beautiful Balloons
We will make this card in an upcoming class. I love the festive the Bright & Beautiful patterned paper.
Die cut the strip of striped paper so there is a fringe. Add the piece to the left side of the card front.
Stamp a sentiment of your choice.
Choose a piece of patterned paper and die cut three balloons. Add the balloons to the card front with dimensionals. Stamp or draw the balloon strings.
Finish the card with three embellishments in the color of your choice.
