CASEing A Card: Love Of Leaves
Sometimes I see a card that jumps out at me and I know I need to CASE it an acronym for Copy And Share Everything. I never copy a card exactly as I see it because I want to put my own twist to it. Here I CASEd a card by Lori Pinto to copy a technique I never have used.
Create a Whisper White card base cut at 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" and scored at 4 1/4".
Cut patterned paper 4 1/8" x 5 3/8" and add to the card front.
Cut a piece of white cardstock 4" x 5 1/4".
Die cut the leaf from the middle.
Remove 3/4" from the piece as shown in the photo.
Add the two pieces to the card front.
On a 1/4" piece of white cardstock stamp a sentiment. Trim the piece and add it to the card front.
Add the die cut leaf using dimensionals.
Add a bow and embellishments if desired.
