Inspiring Canopy With Alcohol On Vellum

I've been a card maker for 14 years, and I love learning new techniques. This is one I will teach to my advanced class.

Create a white card base.

To the front add Old Olive cardstock cut at 4 1/8" x 5 3/8".

Cut vellum 4" x 5 1/4".

Use varying shades of green Blends markers + the Mango Melody Blends marker. Color blobs across the vellum until the entire piece is covered.

Use 91% alcohol. Dip a paint brush in it and spatter the alcohol across the vellum. Watch the magic happen.

If you end up with bare spots repeat the process.

When the vellum is dry FLIP IT OVER and adhere to a piece of white cardstock cut at 4" x 5 1/4".

Add this to the card front.

Die cut the trees from Early Espresso cardstock and adhere to the card front.
