Misty Moonlight with Seaside Spray: Positive Thoughts

My goal was to create a card using two shades of blue. The combination of Misty Moonlight and Seaside Spray work well together.

Begin with a Whisper White card base cut at 11" x 4 1/4" and scored at 5 1/2".

To the front of the card base add a piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock cut at 5 3/8" x 4 1/8".

Emboss a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of Sea Sidespray cardstock using the Dainty Diamonds embossing folder.

Add this to the card front.

Stamp three flowers on white cardstock using Misty Moonlight ink.

Die cut the flowers using the Natures Thoughts die set.

Die cut three sets of leaves from Old Olive cardstock using the same die set.

Use a sponge dauber to add a bit of Shaded Spruce ink to the edges of the leaves.

Use dimensionals to add the flowers to the card front. I used stacked dimensionals for the center flower so it was stand up taller than the others.

Use glue dots to add the leaves tucking them under the flowers.

On a 1/2" strip of white cardstock stamp the sentiment in Misty Moonlight ink.

Trim the strip to size and use paper snips to flag the end.

Add to the card front using dimensionals.
