Paper Players 540 Challenge

I've always liked the combination of black and red and this challenge, along with gray, is right up my alley.

For this card I decided to create a background using vellum, Blends markers, and 91% alcohol, a new technique I learned. To make the seahorse and fish stand out, I die cut them from black cardstock. I glued to seahorse flat, but used dimensionals on the two small fish. I bordered the background piece with a thin border of black and mounted the completed piece onto a white card base.

This card was a finalist.
