Rainbow Glimmer Paper Balloons
When I first saw the Rainbow Glimmer Paper in the catalog, I wasn't drawn to it. After thinking about ways I might use it, I ordered a pack. Am I ever glad I did!
Create a Basic Black card base cut at 11" x 4 1/4" and scored at 5 1/2".
Using the Coastal Weave embossing folder, emboss a second piece of black cardstock cut at 4 1/8" x 5 3/8".
Die cut the letters from the Rainbow Glimmer Paper using the Playful Alphabet die set.
Punch the balloons using the Balloon Bouquet punch.
Add the letters to the bottom of the embossed piece.
Use glue dots to add the balloon strings on the back of the balloons.
Add the balloons in an eye-pleasing arrangement. Pop up some with dimensionals for a 3-D look.
Tie a bow around the balloon strings.
Use Foam Adhesive Sheets to add the finished piece to the card front.
