Beautiful Balloons With Fringe

Supplies needed:

Project Recipe:

1. Create a Basic White Thick card base and remove 1/4" from the front ride side.

   Inside the base add 3/4" strip of striped paper.

2. Next cut a 1" x 5 /12" strip of the striped paper. Die cut it and trim one side to create fringe. Add to the left side of the card front.

   Cut Lemon Lolly cardstock 3 1/3"x 5 1/2". Die cut the balloons and add patterned paper behind the die cuts.

   Stamp a sentiment and the balloon strings. Add the piece to the card front.
