I
like my cards plainer than one of the card makers I follow. So while I did CASE this card, I simplified it to my taste.
The card highlights the beautiful Cloud Cover blue with ribbon, cardstock, and patterned paper.
Supplies needed:
Project Recipe:

Create a Cloud Cover card base.
Cut Basic Beige cardstock 3 1/4" x 4 1/2".
Add to it patterned paper cut 3" x 4 14".
Layer the two pieces together.
Next add patterned paper cut 3" x 1 1/2".
Wrap ribbon around the piece and tie in a bow in front.

Add the finished piece in Step: 1 to the card base with Foam Adhesive Sheets.
Finish the card with three embellishments.
